David Strange

I am nominating our IT support person David Strange. As you can imagine Academics don't actually make good computer users all the time and can be incredibly impractical and stupid. I know be cause I am one of them, kind of. When i ring up and ask why my computer isn't going and he says have you plugged it in,he dosn't make me feel stupid he just laughs with me not at me, I appreciate his dry sense of humour and skills when explaining reasonalby easy (you would think) problems... and thats just the staff imagine the students issues. Mr Strange (I call him that because he does have a fabulous last name as well) is a IT rock star even if he is 50 something becasue he never makes me feel like a dick because he always says your not the only one.
